Smart (aka World Charming) is one of the sorted people in the Nigerian fashion industry, whose opinion counts in various categories in fashion, basically Runway coaching, Art directing and Model scouting. He hails from Isoko North L.G.A of Delta state in south-south Nigeria, he's also a student of Genetics and Biotechnology in the University of Calabar in Cros-river state Nigeria.

World-charming dived into the fashion industry professionally handling the 1st ever Miss Famous Pageant in 2010. Since his breakout he has been working with reputable organizations, He was twice the Regional manager Mr Universe Nigeria in Calabar, also at Mr Tourism Nigeria & Model of Africa by XA entertainment. And also worked at Unique Strategy Modeling Agency Calabar.

He was also the scout coordinator, show Director/Runway coach at the just concluded Mr & Miss University of Calabar (Taged Models of the Runway)
