TIPS TO A FRESH LOOK..

Won’t you like to have a dewy and clear complexion everyday after you get up? You may also have tried various tricks to accomplish that. But you only get a fresh look for a few days and then your skin goes back to normal. But the tricks that I'll be listing here will inject that freshness back into you and make you look lovely and effortlessly flawless. 1. AVOID UNHEALTHY FOOD:Am sure you know there are two options of food that you can eat; healthy and unhealthy food. Most of the time, the latter may win the battle due to the easy availability of so many tempting foods. But if you always want to look fresh, you should avoid eating junk food and oily food. These contain preservatives and chemicals that make your skin look dull, so its a total no no!.
2. DRINK LOTS OF WATER:Drinking water is essential to flush the toxins out of your body. It will also help your skin, eyes and body organs to be hydrated and enable efficient circulation. You must drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday to avoid sagging of your skin, bags under your eyes and wrinkles.
3. INCLUDE FRUITS & VEGETABLES IN YOUR DAILY DIET:Fruits and vegetables provide you with essential vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates for your body. The nutrients in fruits and vegetables preserve your skin’s elasticity and give your skin and face a healthy glow.
4. ALWAYS APPLY A SKIN MOISTURIZER:Applying a moisturizer everyday will always make you looking fresh and young. A good moisturizer that suits your skin type will avoid wrinkles and fine lines to form on your skin. You should apply a moisturizer before putting on any makeup. You can buy a moisturizer with alpha and beta hydroxy acids for keeping your skin fresh and exfoliated.
